These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PeerStudy LLC ("Slancio," "we," "us"), a New Jersey limited liability company, and govern your use of the Slancio mobile app, the slancio.fit website, and the trainer pages and intake forms we host (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Slancio helps personal trainers capture and respond to leads. The Service includes a public trainer page with an intake form, an inbox of leads, AI-suggested follow-up messages, and tools to send follow-ups from your own device.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Lead information submitted through your intake form belongs to your business relationship with that lead. We store and process it to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for:
You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unlawful messages, to harass anyone, to upload malicious code, to attempt to access other users' data, to scrape or resell the Service, or to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by PeerStudy LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business while you have an account in good standing. You retain your rights to the content you and your leads submit, and you grant us a license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
The Service relies on third parties, including Google Firebase (infrastructure), Stripe (payments), and an AI provider (draft generation). Their availability affects ours, and your use of Stripe checkout is also subject to Stripe's terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the Profile screen, which permanently deletes your account, trainer page, and stored leads. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that leads will respond, or that any business outcome will result from using the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeerStudy LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold PeerStudy LLC harmless from claims arising out of your messages to leads, your relationship with your clients, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
